MISSORTS is a permanent public artwork for Bristol conceived and directed by writer and novelist Tony White. An urban soundwork delivered directly to your smartphone as a mobile app, Missorts combines ten location-triggered stories by ten writers set to a newly composed soundtrack. Commissioned by award-winning Bristol-based arts producers, Situations, the stories are accompanied by a striking new musical score specially commissioned from composer Jamie Telford (former keyboard player to The Jam) for St Mary Redcliffe church’s Harrison and Harrison organ in its centenary year. Missorts has been funded by Bristol City Council as part of the Bristol Legible City initiative.
